With over 17 years of diverse experience across leading organizations, Satish has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive sustainable initiatives, foster business growth, and create significant environmental impact.
Satish began his career in the energy sector and has held pivotal roles in top organizations such as Hero MotoCorp, Escorts Limited, PETRONAS, and Exide Industries Limited. My last assignment was EKI Energy Services Ltd, I was heading the Community Based Projects vertical, focusing on clean cooking and other clean energy solutions across India, Kenya, Malawi, and Ghana.
Satish spearheaded the distribution of over 2 million ICS units, significantly reducing indoor air pollution and improving health outcomes in rural households. He managed project assets worth over $39 million and generated 4.7 million carbon credits annually through 15 clean energy projects.Satish successfully led business development initiatives, securing investments for various projects. His strategic approach ensured robust returns for investors while expanding the company’s footprint in the clean energy sector.
He developed a comprehensive supply chain for last-mile delivery in deep rural areas, incorporating real-time data collation and tracking. His collaborative efforts with social enterprises, NGOs, and state governments ensured the successful implementation of projects across multiple countries.
Satish played a key role in pioneering solar-based cooking projects and piloting biogas projects in India. His innovative approach and commitment to sustainability have set benchmarks in the industry. Satish’s academic credentials include an Executive MBA in Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, an M.Tech in Energy Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, and a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi ChitrakootGramodaya Vishwavidyalaya.
